Amy is the founder of FUSION Leadership Group and author of
You Can Visit, But You Can’t Live There: Keys to Living Free from Fear, Anxiety, and Guilt; Through the Lens of Love & Truth: A Look at Christian Conservatism in America; and co-author of Homecoming: a Story of Hope out of Heartbreak.
After high school, she studied theology at Wheaton College for two years but left to marry Perry and start a family. Twenty years later, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Liberty University. In 2013 she obtained a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from South University, as well as several certifications in business, including Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma. Additionally, Amy holds a ministry license.

Her latest project Through the Lens of Love & Truth evolved after reading an article asserting that the terms "Christian" and "Conservative" were no longer inextricably connected, and was determined to do something about that. Amy addresses foundational truths found in the Bible and how those principles can be applied in a post-postmodern culture where truth is considered subjective and everyone’s opinion is regarded as equal.

Amy and Perry live north of Pittsburgh, PA and have been married for over thirty-two years. They have three adult children: Nathan is active-duty US Air Force, Valerie and her husband Cody are police officers, and Nicholas is heading to the Navy after high school.
